I was appalled to hear whilst watching the Town Forum webcast that the council are not going to put any flowers up in Spalding this summer.
What will this poor town look like? Do the council not give a damn about the impression of this sad place and what visitors might think of it?
We voted for change at this last election with a hope to improve the town but it sounds like things could be getting even worse for this once pretty place.
Come on SHDC this is embarrassing. Why are you bothering putting new signs up and encouraging visitors when something as important and essential as summer flowers is being totally forgotten about? We need to brighten this town up and quick. Not happy!
