LETTERS – What is Spalding coming to?

We have stopped reporting fly-tipping and general littering because no one does anything about it.

It is not getting any better this side of Spalding, in fact along Cradge Bank, Welland River Bank, under the Spalding Bypass Bridge it is getting worse.

But tonight is the final straw to the silence, this evening coming off the South side of the west bank of the Welland back down to Cradge Bank Road my wife and dog were confronted by a disgusting individual with his trousers around his ankles going to the toilet on the public bridal way, what is Spalding coming to!

I don’t know due to this location where it all happens around the bridge area / river bank area which agency takes the responsibility or that’s really interested?

On another subject, the roads are falling apart, especially this end of the bypass, the bridges are sinking, the Tarmac is cracking, the road surface around the Applegreen/Cowbit roundabout is breaking up, to the point that the surfaces are dangerous.
