LETTERS – The next four years begin

I would like to take this opportunity of thanking the good people of the Moulton, Weston, Cowbit Ward who voted for me at the District Council Election. Delighted to let you know that I have been re-elected as your district councillor.

It was a very hard fought battle and speaking with other elected Conservative councillors, I am sure the message from the Conservative voters who decided not to take part in the election, as a protest against the way Westminster has handled Brexit, will get back to our Prime Minister.

All of the Constituents in my ward, whether they voted for me or not, can be assured I will try my best to look after their interests at district level.

I am pleased that Casson, Grocock, Woolf were all returned as District Councillors so we can continue to serve the Ward of Moulton, Weston, Cowbit as a team.

So the next four years begin. . .

Coun Rodney Grocock
