Boston Road in Holbeach was closed for many weeks last year, causing disruption to all regular users of the road, people who live on the road, staff trying to get to Nutton Stoven care home, the elderly residents of Cecil Pywell Avenue and the residents of Chesnut Avenue as this was the favourite way for drivers to get around the road closure.
The road only reopened shortly before the new school year in September and by January it had started to sink again and now it is dangerous and could seriously damage vehicles.
Surely it isn’t difficult to deal with this problem?
I am sure that there are some very highly paid engineers who work for the highways department who have the technology.
This is a main road into the centre of Holbeach and any closures would/could affect traders within Holbeach.
