LETTERS – Incited over new homes approval

In regards to the 63 new homes approval in Pinchbeck, Green Lane development plot.

I was incited to read that in the light of day this development was approved openly by the passing of money between developer and parish council. (Ed- the correspondent is referring to Pinchbeck Parish Council supporting the planning application so long as £15,000 was donated to go towards a new cemetery in a section 106 agreement.)

I am disgusted to see that our parish council only had their interests at hand and cannot see how much of a strain to the amenities in the area this will cause.

I am also intrigued as to how this has all taken place during the current climate?

Talk about pulling the wool over our eyes during a crisis and being underhanded.
