Regarding the recent letters about non-delivery of domestic refuse sacks.
Do you not realise how fortunate we are in South Holland?
I have never lived anywhere else where free sacks are supplied plus we are one of the few areas left to retain weekly collections – most councils only provide fortnightly or even three-weekly collections.
So someone’s house was overlooked? Well Mr Rose, to err is human, have you never made a mistake?
I would like to thank the refuse collectors who collect from Sutton St James, they are invariably pleasant and helpful.
If we have to purchase sacks occasionally please let us not whinge but be thankful for the service that we have!
