LETTERS – Fly-tipping: Does anyone care?

I cycled past the bridal path between the River Welland and the Applegreen exit road north side of the bypass and am unsure how long this serious fly tipping has been here.

Looks like a business, not lazy individuals, again within yards of the main road just down the bridal path.

Several dozen must pass this mess daily but obviously are not bothered or are hoping someone else will sort it out.

Probably as usual no one authority will take responsibility for this area and problem, several authorities, farmers and a large amount of dog walkers must have seen this.

This has not come out of a car, at least a large van or small HGV.
