LETTERS – Exceptional customer service

I am a frequent shopper to The Original Factory Shop in Holbeach.
Yes, they have nice homeware etc but the reason I keep returning is the service.
The staff are exceptional, especially toward disabled people.
When I was growing up, this sort of service was normal, but now, it’s very rare.
Well done, The Original Factory Shop, your staff are excellent.
