LETTERS – Don’t hold your breath

I was interested to read Annette Barnett’s letter in the Voice on July 17.

I would not recommend her holding her breath waiting for her bin to be collected. My neighbour moved away months ago and her bin is still on her drive awaiting collection. She has made numerous phone calls and written letters but to no avail.

As to the instructions to not block the pavement, will this advice be given to all residents when the dreaded rubbish bins are foisted upon us?
