LETTERS – Council grievances are boring

I enjoy The Voice, it informs and entertains me and I look forward to it arriving on Thursdays.

Recently regretfully it has been spoilt by you allowing local council officials (past and present) to use the letters page as a soapbox to spout forth their grievances against each other by writing long epistles droning on and on about you said this and I said that (yawn).

This sort of stuff should be said at council meetings not boring the lives of ordinary people who aren’t a bit interested.

If you feel you must let them air their grievances against each other then please give them their own page which I and others can easily ignore by turning over.
