LETTERS – Coun Carter has been amazing

Hello P J Tyres, this is Ann Gregory in reply to your letter in The Voice dated July 28, 2022.

I don’t know you, but I am truly grateful for your suggestion to get Sir John Hayes involved with the complaint and ongoing issues that I have been experiencing.

But to update you and others that have also made the same suggestion, I have already written to Sir John Hayes.

I have received a reply from his secretary telling me that Sir John was pleased that I had informed him of the complaint against my carport sales and he has intensions of following this up.

But I would really like to let everyone know that I have received the most amazing support and guidance from Coun Tracey Carter.

She could not have done any more for me, honestly I would have been lost without her helping me, even over weekends when I was being bullied on our own premises.

Forms have been completed and returned to the planning department at SHDC.
