LETTER: Why is town not kept informed?

My family and I were looking forward to the Christmas market (November 29), however when we arrived in town there was no market to be seen.

We had checked the noticeboards to avoid disappointment, especially to our son as he’s autistic.

We were all very disappointed when we had been looking forward to seeing what different foods and other items we could buy as Christmas presents.

Does anybody know why the town is not kept informed?

I guess we’ll have to take our business out of Spalding.
