LETTER: We need more bike racks in Holbeach and Long Sutton

As a keen cyclist, I am amazed how few (if any in certain places) bike racks there are in the Holbeach and Long Sutton towns.

So often I have to secure my bike to a lamp-post or a downpipe of guttering.

Cycling is superb in the Fens due to the flatness of the area and parking in small towns can often be frustrating.

Local councils should put bike racks in both these towns which in turn, if people are using their bikes, less cars will be on the roads and fighting for parking spaces.
