May I take this opportunity of thanking the wonderful people of Spalding and the surrounding area who attended a charity concert at The South Holland Auditorium on August 26.
Added to ex-colleagues of mine from Belvoir, and family and friends, your support helped raise a fantastic £3,200 for research into Parkinson’s Disease.
Entertainment was provided by probably the best ELO tribute band currently touring called The Electrik Live Orchestra who performed classic hits including Mr Blue Sky, Evil Woman, Last Train to London and many more.
I have been inundated with messages asking me to book the group again. I am considering the options I have and will be letting you know the outcome soon.
