LETTER: Thank you to Lincolnshire Co-op

My sincere thanks to the Holbeach branch of the Lincolnshire Co-Operative Society for its generous support of local non profit making societies.

Holbeach Cemetery Chapels Ltd has been awarded a cheque for £629 to help towards the restoration of the Victorian buildings in the town which are listed and on the “Heritage at Risk” register. This award has been banked and enables our restoration project to be a step nearer commencement.

Anyone can apply for this award by filling in the form supplied at the new Co-op at the east end of the High Street or the Whaplode Co-op garage.

Every time you make a purchase and produce your Co-op card it contributes to the current charity advertised in the entrance to the stores.

Patricia Bryant
committee member of the Holbeach Cemetery Chapels Ltd
