LETTER: Spalding Police did a brilliant job

I think the police did a fantastic job in their quick response and their swift operation in protecting the public in the recent gun incident on Monday, May 13 in Spalding.

Okay, the gun was a fake but it could have been a real gun. This incident could have then been a very different story.

To Spalding Police – there is no need to apologise for the inconvenience caused.

You did a brilliant job.

To Lincs Police firearms officers and to the police helicopter and dog unit and all concerned, can I say a big thank you to you all and well done.
