LETTER: Old hospital is definite eyesore

I have recently been following the stories about disused village pubs which locals have been calling an eyesore. It seems as if these problems have now been corrected.
Well forgive me for saying so, but if those disused buildings were called an eyesore then words fail me as to what description could be given to the old Johnson Hospital in its present state of disrepair. It is opposite the council offices so they can hardly forget about it.
After all these years I have to wonder if one day the council are going to put a Blue Plaque on it.
