LETTER: Long wait for dentist check-up

To my dismay we have waited three years to get on the waiting list for Johnson Hospital dental practice.

We had an appointment on August 21 for a check-up, to be told that they are closing the practice through lack of NHS funding!

In view of all these new proposed developments where is the infrastructure, ie dentist, doctors and hospitals?

 – According to NHS England, a caretaker service will begin on Friday, September 1, with the aim of being operational by the middle of the month.
