LETTER: Knitters, please help by using this teddy bear pattern

To the Spalding ladies with considerable talent for knitting and trying to brighten up the riverbank.

Why not put your knitting skill and wool to knitting teddies for the children’s cancer ward at King’s Lynn hospital?
They give out about six a week and run out on a regular basis. Use any colour you like and make happy faces (pattern below).

Any teddies can be left at Broad Street Methodist Church on a Tuesday or St Thomas’s Road Methodist Chapel on Fridays (10am-noon). Thank you in anticipation.
