LETTER: I feel for the elderly

About the Brylaine Into Town bus. I feel for the very elderly people who have to use the buses. They have no other choice because taxis are expensive.

Brylaine must know Tuesdays are busy, being market day, but there is no need for the drivers to be rude to the public.

Their job is to be friendly and helpful.

Sometimes drivers don’t even greet or offer a word of thanks – it doesn’t cost anything.

Surely they could run an extra bus when it’s busy.

The rude drivers should be sorted out.

I hardly use the buses as I live within walking distance of town, but my thoughts are with the elderly.
