LETTER: Collection times have not changed

Well, two weeks now of the new system for collecting refuse. We make sure that our black refuse bag is at the end of our drive by 6am.

So far we have not had a collection till the afternoon, this means that our refuse bags are ripped open by cats and rats.

The refuse men do not scoop up the mess so the rats will breed!

This seems to be a never ending circle with the refuse collection in South Holland.
