I have recently seen your post over social media about the complaints on the pool temperature and cleanliness.
I pay monthly for a gym membership with 1Life and when I signed up was pleased that swimming was included, that didn’t last long! The pool is always freezing cold, and pool sides not very clean.
I have two young children, we went there the other weekend and the learner pool was filthy! Don’t get me wrong it was lovely and warm but at the bottom of the pool there seemed to be sand or some sort of rough material! I will not take them there until this has been sorted. We now travel to Boston and use the pool there as it’s so warm in the main pool, Spalding pool should be the same!
The changing rooms are absolutely vile! The floors are always dirty, the toilets are beyond belief and the showers very warm either.
I really do hope this gets resolved!
