l am constantly bemused by the drivers parking their cars anywhere they think fit in High Street, Holbeach.
The number of idiotic places they park is amazing. Between the traffic lights at QD up to Lloyds Bank, which is far too narrow for parking, does not bother these drivers.
Buses, tractors and articulated vehicles have to wait because some inconsiderate driver parks up to buy a paper, withdraw money, get a meal etc, in this section especially when lights are red – it’s stupidity.
Please county council can we have red double lines in this section as in London (no parking anytime)?
Also six days a week patrol from a traffic warden or community officer to keep these stupid, inconsiderate drivers away from an accident waiting to happen area.
I hope one of these inconsiderate drivers reads this, if they can, and thinks well maybe I could park somewhere safe and actually walk to the shop.
