Lee raises Tigers’ early hopes

Holbeach United’s winning start to the Thurlow Nunn League season was brought to a halt by title favourites Framlingham Town at Carter’s Park on Saturday.

Cam Lee gave the Tigers a 37th-minute lead but the Suffolk side equalised in the last minute of the first half to end the hosts’ 225-minute clean sheet start to the campaign.
The winning goal came after 71 minutes when Max Willett struck with a far-post header to make it 2-1.
Holbeach’s man of the match was John Yambasu.
