League of Friends are hospital’s TV stars

The Friends of Johnson Hospital group have proved themselves to be TV stars.

Thanks to their funding 21 new TVs have been bought for those staying in the hospital’s Welland Ward and Tulip Suite.
The group’s president Christine Lawton said: “I’d like to thank the members of the League of Friends who do a brilliant job behind the scenes and allow us to provide donations like this.”
Clinical team lead at the Welland Ward and Tulip Suite, Gale Bull, said: “We’d like to thank the friends for their fantastic donation.”
