Kirton race Aaron Clarke will make his debut for new team Draper Racing over the weekend as Silverstone plays host to round one of the Superstock 600 championship.
Clarke, who put his new bike through its paces at Donington Park last weekend, has switched machinery to Yamaha this year and is posting faster times than ever before.
He is happy with the set up and is anxious to get his season underway at the weekend.
He said: “I have settled well to the new Yamaha and have made some big steps forward while testing today. This will be my third season in the Superstock 600 class and I am setting my sights on some good results this year.”
The Superstock race gets under way at 11.45am on Sunday.
