It was a weekend to remember for three members of Holbeach-based Team TRM.
On the motocross scene, brothers Kieran and Ashley Rudd starred at Chatteris, while supermoto ace Lee Rudd was on-song at Three Sisters.
The youngest of the trio, ten-year-old Kieran, had one of the best outings of his embryonic career at the Peterborough Motocross Club meeting. Racing in the junior 65 category, he shrugged off the advances of a talented rival to win race one – before storming to imperious victories in the next two to clinch overall glory.
At the same venue, Ashley recovered from a crash in race one (fourth) to grab two hole shots and a pair of wins in races two and three to seal second place overall in his category.
Up at Wigan, Lee was on inspired form in the British Supermoto Championship.
He qualified in pole position in the national class, before placing second, third and second to finish second overall.
The next outing for Kieran is in Jersey on August 23, ahead of the final Peterborough club meet on September 6.
- Lee Rudd is taking part in a charity parachute jump in aid of bowel cancer today (Friday).
