Junior driver flown to hospital from Spalding Autograss Club meeting in Holbeach

A young male driver was seriously hurt during Spalding Autograss Club’s meeting in Holbeach on Sunday.

Two doctors and a paramedic arrived at Hurdletree Bank at 5.45pm via the Magpas Helimedix air ambulance.
The service said: “A stock car collided with other stock cars during a junior race, leaving a young male with upper body injuries.”

The boy was flown to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge where his condition on arrival was described as “serious but stable.”
