Steampunkers and like-minded people are welcome to a monthly social meet up for tea and a great time.
The Fenland Steampunk Revolution launches a new group in Holbeach on March 11 and is looking to recruit new members and bring the fun and creativity of steampunk to the Fens.
Steampunk is inspired from either Victorian England or America’s Wild West and modern technologies are reimagined as elaborate works of art, fashion and mechanics.
The group will discuss all things steampunk including crafts, books, films and clothing.
Meetings are the second Wednesday of the month, from 7pm-8.30pm at Holbeach Reading Rooms, Church Street.
The first meeting (March 11) is free, and the cost is £2 from then on. All ages are welcome but children under the age of 14 must be accompanied.
