Johnson Hospital to benefit as Springfields launches ‘biggest and best’ fireworks show

Tickets are now available for what Springfields says will be its biggest and best fireworks display yet, all in aid of Spalding’s Johnson Hospital.

The annual spectacular returns on Thursday November 2, providing an unforgettable night of expert-choreographed fireworks and lights over the shopping outlet’s Festival Gardens.

“This year’s performance celebrates 75 years of the NHS with spectacular music and lights, combined with our biggest and best fireworks show to date,” a spokesman said. “Proceeds will go towards Lincolnshire NHS Charity in aid of Spalding’s Johnson Community Hospital, Springfields’ designated charity of the year which supports local healthcare in Spalding and South Holland.”

Early Bird tickets are now available for adults (£6), children under 16 (£4), and under one go free.

By booking early guests will save up to 25 per cent on standard pricing when booked up to October 23.

Standard pricing will be £8 for adults and £5 for children under 16. Under 1s go free.

On the day, the event gates will open at 6pm, with the performance beginning at 8p.m.

The spokesman continued: “A range of autumnal food and drinks will be available on the night before the show.

“Springfields will also be closing late at 9pm, providing the perfect opportunity for guests to begin their festive shopping, with great offers of up to 60 per cent off RRP in over 55 outlets.

“As last year’s fireworks performance sold out weeks early, Springfields are anticipating that this year’s event will be no different and is therefore encouraging guests to guarantee their ticket by booking early.”

Springfields representative, Adam Whittaker, says: “We are thrilled that Springfields will once again be putting on another prestigious event, one which has been enjoyed by the local community for many a year.

“This year’s Fireworks Spectacular will also be raising funds to help our neighbours at the local Johnson Community Hospital in Spalding.

“We are already looking forward to what promises to be one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in Lincolnshire!”
