As 74th birthday treats go, they don’t come better than £300 to spend at Robert Goddard.
Out of over a thousand entries, Jenny Tyler of Pinchbeck’s name was picked out of a hat to win a £300 voucher to spend at the store’s Spalding branch as part of the celebrations for The Voice’s 300th edition.
Now retired after previously working in retail outlets across South Holland, Jenny was delighted to receive the call to say she’d won just days before her 74th birthday tomorrow (Friday).
“I’m absolutely delighted,” she said. “I can’t believe I won.
“I’d not been in the new Robert Goddard store before but it’s really nice.”
Store manager Andy Woodthorpe said: “We’re really delighted to see there was so many entries and it was great to welcome Jenny to the store.”
