Jamie’s swamped with this year’s horror display

There’s something strange in your neighbourhood.

A number of South Holland homes have been getting ready for Halloween tomorrow (Friday, October 31), including one family which has raised over £4,000 for charity in recent years.

Jamie Knight and his family and friends go to extra levels for the occasion and collect donations to charity for those who dare to cross the drive to their 24 Cathedral Drive home in Spalding.

They raise funds for a charity close to their heart, Hope 4 Tomorrow, which brings cancer treatments to towns like Spalding so patients don’t have to travel to the likes of Lincoln instead.

Jamie is still putting the finishing touches to this year’s display, but says the theme will be ‘a haunted swamp’.

“It’s a family effort and some of our neighbours help too,” said Jamie who raised £900 last year. “We’d like to thank everyone that comes and who helps us set it up as well. “It’s nice to see a few homes nearby have got into the spirit of it.”
