Hovenden House fundraiser

A coffee morning in Holbeach raised £133 for Hovenden House, the Leonard Cheshire Disability home at Fleet.

Janice Lawton organised the event at her home in The Sidings.

She made cakes and more were supplied by visitors, who also bought some to take home.

About 20 people popped in during the four-hour event.

The fundraiser was the idea of Joe Puduch, events organiser at Hovenden House and fiancé to Janice’s granddaughter.
