Holbeach woman accused of four assaults on police officers

A Holbeach woman has appeared in court on charges including four assaults on police officers.

Rebecca Duggan (27) is also accused of failing to provide a breath sample in the same incident at King’s Lynn on March 11.

She entered not guilty pleas to those five charges.

Duggan, of Market Rasen Way, admitted to two further offences – possession of both cocaine (class A) and cannabis (class B) on the same occasion.

The defendant appeared without legal representation at King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

The bench accepted jurisdiction on the five denied matters and Duggan elected for trial at magistrates’ court.

The trial was set for June 14.

Duggan was granted unconditional bail to the next hearing.
