Holbeach takes trip back in time

There was a trip back in time last weekend in Holbeach, and it’s hoped the same thing will happen again next year.

The first Holbeach Medieval Festival proved to be a hit with re-enactors coming from across the country to the town.

And members of the public were able to take a glimpse at life from more than 500 years ago.

Councillor Tracey Carter helped put the event together.

“It was an absolute pleasure working with all of the performers, re enactors. Let’s hope we get to do it all again next year.”
