Holbeach road closed due to flooding caused by heavy rain

Holbeach’s 72mm of rainfall has resulted in police closing a flooded road in the town.

Edinburgh Walk has been closed by police after the recent rainfall caused flooding.

A police statement said the road is closed at Fleet Street and “badly flooded” at Park Lane.

Police said of Edinburgh Walk: “The water is over kerbs but has not reached residential properties.”
