Holbeach man dies after collision between lorry and car

A man from Holbeach has died in a collision on the A16.

Lincolnshire Police say a man in his 50s died following a collision between a lorry and a Citroen Berlingo between Algarkirk and Sutterton Dowdyke near Boston around 12.55pm on Sunday (April 20).

The road was closed as a result of the incident until shortly before midnight.

A police spokesman said: “We are appealing for anyone who witnessed the collision, and has not yet spoken to officers, to get in touch with our Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU). You can call via 101 or email [email protected] quoting incident 190 of 20 April.”
