Holbeach man admits making indecent images of children

A 61-year-old man from Holbeach has admitted making 1,150 indecent images of children.

Steve Pulfer appeared before magistrates in Boston on Wednesday.
He pleaded guilty to making 1,103 images of Category C (the least serious) at Holbeach on dates between 2008 and 2021, and 47 images of Category B between 2010 and 2021.
Pulfer, of Cecil Pywell Avenue, also admitted distributing 32 Category C images on August 2, 2020.
He pleaded not guilty to a further charge of making 308 indecent images of Category A (the most serious) between 2008 and 2021.
The bench declined jurisdiction on the denied matter and Pulfer was sent for trial at Lincoln Crown Court. He is scheduled to appear there on August 2.
Sentencing on the admitted offences will happen after the conclusion of the trial.

Pulfer was granted unconditional bail and to attend a police station to sign the sex offenders’ register.
