G&S Kawasaki trio hunting for more points ahead of their Thruxton trip

All three G&S Racing Kawasaki riders are heading to Thruxton for the next round of their respective championships this weekend.

Tom Fisher, in the Stock 1000 class, and Milo Ward and Ben Luxton (both in the Stock 600 race) will all be hunting for points for the Wyberton-based team.

After significant changes to the big Kawasaki, Fisher is relishing the chance to push for a points finish at the Hampshire circuit.

But for the stoppages in the previous round at Brands Hatch, he would have made it up into the points as he was within a whisper of doing so on the final lap – but ran out of track time and finished in 17th place.

Meanwhile, Ward will want to make it up onto the podium this weekend.

He is consistently finishing within the top five or six and will be hoping to build on this in the Superstock 600 class.

Luxton is also making big steps forward in the stock 600 class and, considering he was late coming into the championship, he has settled well on the little Kawasaki.

Last time out he was ninth and will be hoping to consolidate that at the weekend.
