A distinctive Long Sutton industrial area has been given a refurbishment.
The Hoddins Way Business Park just off the A17 is formed of seven earth-sheltered business units.
Lincolnshire County Council says it has refurbished the external lime render, repainting of units, upgrades to site lighting and facilities, and improvement to access by resurfacing the approach to the main car park.
The authority hasn’t said how much it has spent on the refurbishment of the park which is currently fully allocated.
Simon Wright, regeneration and portfolio manager at Lincolnshire County Council, said: “Hoddins Way Business Park plays an important role in the local business community by offering flexible workspace, with easy in and out arrangements to support starting and growing businesses.
“Our improvements to the site demonstrate our ongoing commitment to invest and future proof the facilities we provide for local businesses, helping to ensure our tenants and their customers continue to benefit from high-quality facilities for years to come.
“The improvements enhance both the appearance and functionality of the site, creating an even warmer, welcoming and functional environment for businesses, employees and visitors.
“We really appreciate the patience and cooperation shown by our tenants while these works have been carried out as there was inevitably some disruption, but we’re pleased to see these complete and the business park in full working order and thriving.”
