Golf round-up: Camms on-song at Spalding’s Easter Monday scramble

Spalding Golf Club’s Easter Monday scramble competition ended up being something of a family affair.

The family group of Steve Camm, Amanda Camm and Elie Camm, with their friend Mike Bell, took top spot in a field of 120 golfers of all abilities (playing in teams of four).

The runners-up were Jack Boothby, Tommy Smith, Toby Exposito and Harvey Maxwell.

Result: Midweek 9-hole Stableford competition – 1st Jake Brown 21pts; 2nd Thomas Smith 20pts; 3rd Alex Bagworth 19pts; 4th John Spencer 18pts; 5th Steve Warboys 18pts.

Result: April Men’s Medal – 1st Andy Wiltshire nett 66; 2nd Andy Cunnington nett 67; 3rd Chris Flynn nett 69.

Result: Friendly – Spalding Mixed 5 Sleaford Mixed 3.
