Girls’ blooming great gardening

The garden at Holbeach’s Reading Room is looking blooming marvellous thanks to the town’s Rainbows, Brownies and Guides.

The group received donations from Coun Tracey Carter, Flamingo Flowers and planters from Factory Shop to help spruce up the area.

A spokesman for the group said: “All the girls in Rainbows, Brownies and Guides have been working hard planting, weeding and watering.”

The group are currently looking for new unit leaders/helpers to join their team, help the girls work towards badges, gain self esteem and learn new skills. To register your interest visit www.girlguiding.org.uk
