Gas leak and woman injured after RTC sees car hit house

One woman has been taken to hospital after a vehicle crashed into a parked car, damaging a house and causing a gas leak.

Bourne Road in Pode Hole is currently closed following the incident that occurred shortly after midnight.

A Ford Focus hit a parked AW Touran which subsequently hit a house and caused a gas leak which has now been repaired.

A spokesman for Lincolnshire Police, said: “A woman was taken to Peterborough Hospital and transferred to Addenbrookes  Hospital but it is not clear the extent of her injuries at this stage.”
