Despite blustery efforts by the weather trying to prove otherwise, Spring has definitely arrived in South Holland.
Spalding town centre was the venue for a packed Saturday of entertainment, free activities and flower arranging to mark the Spring into Spalding event.
The Community Choir, singers Adam Patman, Lucy West and Chris Martin ensured there was plenty of tunes while Rapunzel took to the stage for a performance.
Arranged by South Holland District Council’s Communities team, the event also included a regular Saturday market and a flower arranging competition.
Bourne Borderers Morris Dancers were also part of the entertainment.
The forecast for winds of up to 37mph meant the craft stalls were cancelled as a health and safety precaution.
