GALLERY – Pupils raise hundreds for LIVES

Wygate Park Academy pupils have been helping LIVES as part of Emergency Services Day last week.

The event involved learners paying a small donation to come to school dressed in emergency services uniform and was to raise money for the Lincolnshire First Responders charity.

A school spokesman said: “LIVES had been in the school a few weeks ago to give staff and pupils first aid lessons.

“A total of £407.50 was raised – and the children had great fun dressing up!”
