GALLERY – Holidays boasted plenty of summer fun

Youngsters across South Holland have been keeping active this summer thanks to events put on throughout the holidays.

The final Activate session put on by South Holland District Council’s Communities team was held in Gosberton last week.
That and the Give it a Go event in Spalding and Skate Jam in Crowland have rounded off a summer that saw hundreds of young people try out various activities.
This year marked the tenth of Activate sessions.
Alison White said: “It’s been really good.
“We’ve been lucky with the weather considering the summer we’ve had.
“And all of the sessions have been really well attended.”
