GALLERY – Fun in the sun over Easter weekend despite lockdown

It was one of the warmest Easter weekends ever – and we weren’t allowed to go anywhere.

While hopes the lockdown would be over by Easter proved to be quixotic, there was still plenty of holiday fun.

Donna Marie’s kids Evie-Leigh (6), Ayda (3) and Jaiden (10) have a family tradition of getting together for an Easter hunt every year.

Obviously that wasn’t possible this year, so they did it at home instead.

You’ve also been getting crafty and creating Easter trees.

Lily Briggs (7) made some amazing Easter creations including bunnies and chickens made from toilet bowls.

Here’s a few pictures you’ve sent to us via Facebook.
