Free therapy offer to those fleeing war

A recently set up community club for Eastern European families living in and around Spalding is offering free mental health sessions for any Ukrainians in the area.
The White Eagle Community Club has been set up by Justyna Lukaszuk. The mother-of-three runs the Prism Holistic Therapy Centre For Families as well as teaching Polish and English. And she’s offering free therapy sessions to anyone who is from Ukraine.
Justyna said: “I think it is important to speak out loud that people affected by the war have experienced a shock that is likely to develop into PTSD. It is very difficult to treat, so you need to react quickly.”
