Landlords can get useful advice on housing issues at a South Holland District Council forum.
The session on Wednesday, April 8, will offer the chance to talk with housing professionals about relevant topics and key changes to government legislation.
A guest speaker from the Department for Work and Pensions will discuss Universal Credits and how this will affect landlords.
Advice on housing benefit and new regulations on anti-social behaviour will also be on offer.
Representatives from the Citizens Advice Bureau will be available to answer questions and offer guidance.
The forum takes place at the council’s offices in Priory Road, Spalding, from 4pm until 6pm.
