First aid medals for cadets

Six cadets of 1406 Squadron (Spalding) performed well at the Air Cadet National First Aid Competition.

Along with teams from 5F Northampton Squadron, they were representing Central and East region.

The young adult team of FS Lockie and CWO Oxby (wearing medals in the photo) placed second in their competition.

A spokesman said: “This being our cadets’ first national level competition, we were incredibly proud of their achievements before they had even competed. We could not be more proud of what they achieved and the results of their hard work.”
